Are you a member of the neighborhood association? If you are, then all aspects of the site are totally free to you.
If you are not, than you can still use the site, but some areas will be restricted. Actually, the cost of this site is FREE, but NEWCNA Membership is $15.00 per year and basically pays for the newsletter, programs, and activities. For example, your dues paid for the great signs at our entrences, Picnic, Easter Program, and other functions.
