Architectural Committee
We are in need of others to serve on the board for the Architectural Committee. This committee is important in serving our neighborhood. It keeps our property values up and our community beautiful. The North Hampton covenants were originally established by the developer. It is in our best interest to abide by these rules. Please take an interest to serve on this committee by volunteering. The more people that serve on this committee the easier the task. To review covenants for this association you can go online at www.neighborhoodlink.com . If you do not have access to a computer please contact a board member to receive a copy of the covenants. To receive more information about how this committee works, attend a board meeting the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
Pool News
The pool is open for the season. Guests must be accompanied by a homeowner to use the facilities. Remember your pass code to have access through the pool gate and the restrooms. This code is #235. Pool rules are posted. Please take the time to read these rules for your own safety. Remember, there is no life guard at our pool, children should not be dropped off without a parent or supervising adult. While at the pool get to know your neighbors. Several individuals last year were using our facilities but did not live here. If you don?’t know someone introduce yourself. It will be a friendlier way of meeting new people and also keeping individuals out that don?’t belong.
