Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee has been busy during the summer asking homeowners to abide by our NHHA Covenants. Please take the time to read the Covenants and Rules that pertain to our neighborhood. A copy can be obtained via the Web site or by contacting Scott Smith, President of the Association @ 770 606-9103. Please remember the following points concerning our Covenants & Rules:
?• When the Association has to contact a homeowner due to Covenant violations, this is an expense to the Association.
?• When our Association attorney is contacted pertaining to the enforcement of the Covenants and Rules, this is an additional expense. Please help to keep our costs down by observing the Covenants and Rules.
?• Most importantly, lets all remember that these Covenants and Rules are in place for the benefit of all.
?• Be a good neighbor and help keep North Hampton beautiful for all to enjoy and our property values high!

Pool News

For your enjoyment, the pool will remain open past Labor Day weekend, weather permitting. The addition of our new heater will extend our summer fun.

NHHA Board News

Any person needing to address the board please contact Scott Smith @ 770 606-9103, prior to the next board meeting. The board meets each month, and the meeting is generally held the second Tuesday of each month down, at the clubhouse. All are encouraged to attend any meeting and your participation and input is most welcomed.

Neighborhood Concerns

It has been brought to the attention of the board that there are several stray cats in our neighborhood. Please be reminded that there is a leash law in Bartow County for all pets ?– cats as well as dogs. So far, a number of cats without collars or tags have been trapped by neighbors and sent to the animal shelter. Please be mindful of where your animals are and what they could be doing to your neighbors?’ landscaping. Another not of concern is keeping our streets clean. When maintaining your yards, please maintain the street as well. Many grass clippings are getting into the storm drains and may cause clogging especially if we get a lot of rain. Thanks in advance for your attention to these matters.

Welcome to North Hampton

Welcome all new neighbors to North Hampton! We have had many new families move into our subdivision this summer. Keeping track of the new families has been quite difficult. If you could please contact
Scott Smith @ 770 606-9103, we can make sure you receive your Welcome package from the neighborhood, and make changes to our neighborhood directory. Thank you for your assistance.
