RV Parking

The HOA covenants require all RVs and trailers to be stored behind the front houseline and behind a fence. In cases where this is physically impossible (due to lot shape or size) the Board of Directors will consider a waiver allowing one (1), and only one (1), item to be stored in the driveway PROVIDED that the item does not force you to park another vehicle on the street. Lots will not be deemed physically impossible if moving a fence or altering landscape will allow you to get the item on the side of the house.

Please don't assume that it's permissible to simply park the RVs or trailers in the street and they become a City of Westminster issue and not an HOA issue. The covenants, that we all agreed to when we moved here, clearly state that we will not park RVs or trailers upon any street in the subdivision.

(L) No boat, camper, trailer, truck or recreational vehicle or other vehicle of similar type or nature shall be parked or stored in, or on, any street or Common Area within this project. Such vehicles shall only be stored or parked in those areas of this project, if any, designated for storage or parking of such vehicles by the Association's Board of Directors.
