North Hidden Lake Owners Association is a self managed HOA.  We have an experienced HOA management company that assists us in the HOA management tasks, assessments and accounting tasks.  They also handle all property transfers, including status letters, HOA docs, etc, required for closings.  They are also our Registered Agent, point of contact for our collections attorney and HOA attorney.
