A Note of Thanks

I want to thank you all for your cooperation in getting your accounts up to date. As of today, we have collected from all but 5 homeowners. Unfortunately, if we cannot get those accounts settled before the end of the year, we will have to start the collection process. It is an unpleasant step to take, but as owners/members of this association we are responsible for the upkeep of our neighborhood. Presently we have a very large, urgent project in great need of attention: the dams.
At present we are doing all we can to keep the cost to each homeowner at a minimum. I?’m working with a contractor I believe will give us a fair quote. I?’ve used him before and found his prices to be quite reasonable. If, however, someone has a suggestion for another contractor to consider, please let me know.
