COMPLAINTS - How to Communicate Concern in Neighborhood

Do you have a concern in your neighborhood?

NOG now qualifies for the services provided by the NBSD (Neighborhood Based Service Delivery) Team: DMPD Sgt Chan Wallace, City Inspector Eric Moore and City Public Works respresentative Sara Thies.

Chan Wallace or Eric Moore can quickly address requests brought to their attention, routing them to the proper city department for a quicker response than if the request goes through the City Action Center, which acts as a distribution point. Also, the NBSD team tries to keep the complainant updated as to the status ofthe request.

If you need it, take advantage of this great service! Besides being more efficient, utilizing your NBSD personnel helps to justify their continuing assignment to our neighborhood.
