Rick Tilton of the City of Columbus will discuss Shepherd/Eastgate as 2003 Neighborhood Pride Area.

Dennis Guest Executive Director of CMHA will discuss proposed demolition of Jenkins Tower at 1100 E. Broad St.

Doug Irvin member of the board of 1000 Friends of Central Ohio will speak about the organizations goal of increased green space and smart growth.

Ian James has submitted a request to run for the unexpired seat available in District II. This will be voted on by commissioners at the 4/10 meeting.

Planning

Committee will continue reviewing goals of the Near East Area plan. Steve McCleary of Dept of Dev will act as consultant.

YouthBuild Columbus is seeking a recommmendation for a market rate housing project for Rich Street.

Union Grove is seeking support to attain a city lot for parking for their new church.
