Is anyone else concerned about the 10 - 20 teenagers that hang out daily for hours at the corner of Pierce and Perley? The 4 families I spoke w/are concerned, but afraid of vandilism to say anything. They smoke, swear, stand in road, yell throw rocks. The police have said unless they are doing something wrong, i.e. as mentioned above, they can stay there as it's a public place. At least 2 people I know will not drive there anymore as they stand in the road. I don't let my child out when they are out. It has been suggested that some behavior looks like drug dealing; nice cars stop, kids go to car, exchange something, car peels out, kid leaves, comes back, new kids come w/backpacks, exchange something. Something must be done. PS, none of them live on this street and they have been out there from 3 - 8 PM, 2 AM, 6:30 AM, all hours.
