Dear Resident / Residents

This with any luck will be the first of many letters to come in an effort to bring us alittle closer and better relay our wants and needs out of our fellow residents in our small but exclusive area of the complex.

As most of you all know the past couple weeks have been difficult for some of us, more some than others but regardless the un-needed stress and added difficulties which have been forced into our lives have made for some uncomfortable situations. I would like to address this issue here and would also like to make a few suggestions.

We all know that one person can make a difference and in the past week or two everyone has seen this, Unfourtunatly that difference has been for the worse. I believe now is the time for us to join together as a community and persevere through this distasteful time. I recommend that we have a regular meeting once or twice a month or more frequently if so desired to talk about our area and any problems or issue?’s we may have with each other, in this recommendation I also suggest that we informally elect a community leader / president. My personal recommendation for this position would be either Marty or Ray. These meetings will be open for anyone in our 5 buildings to attend and the dates should coincide to try and fit everyone?’s schedule if at all possible.

On the current situation with our area, the issue is being resolved by the office and im sure that the correct and appropriate terms will be set by them, some of these may not be likable by all of us but I would like to say that while we may not like them we should abide by them or at least try. They say time will heal all wounds so give it time and things will be ok. There will be no repercussions on my part and I will promise to all of you on that. I would like to think we can all understand certain events that have occurred and come to forgive.

I will be making an email address for you to email with suggestions and or comments for this letter and I will not sensor nor ignore any request that is sent in. In doing this I think that we can all work together to resolve our differences and not repeat the events of the past couple weeks. I will try and write at least once a week and sometimes more, depends on time available. In addition a community website has been set up for anyone who would like to join. www.neighborhoodlink.com/hilliard/nm/

Thank you for reading and I hope everyone has an enjoyable night and weekend.
Sincerely,

Anonymous
