Recently the HOA has been approached by homeowners regarding issues with neighbors. It is not in the HOA’s purview to mediate neighbor problems. If someone is breaking an HOA rule we can assist, if not you MUST call the POLICE. The Red Mountain District of the Mesa Police has Community Action Team members who WILL assist you. 644-2211.
