Vehicle repairs not allowed at Northpointe II
As a reminder, repairing vehicles is NOT allowed on the Northpointe II property. We recently resurfaced the parking lots and sealed the parking stalls. Fluids left from cars repairs undermines the integrity of the asphalt. The Association will fine units whose residents are making car repairs and include the cost of professional clean up and repair of the parking spaces
