Happy New Year from your HOA Board! I want to bring you up to date on what your HOA Board has been working on. In late December, National Flag Company came out and serviced the flagpole. Twenty-five plus years have taken its toll, so it was time for some much needed maintenance. We are on New Braunfels Utilities work schedule to have the flag pole light reconnected. So shortly, we will have our community flag flying proudly again.
Plans are currently being drawn up for the new Chelsea Street entrance sign. It will be made of stone with a stucco like center where we plan to use the wrought iron "Northcliffe" letters from the soon to be torn down Northcliffe Country Club. As soon as the design is finished and the amount of stone needed for construction is determined, work will begin. I want to welcome Angela Hougdahl and Bud Dieter to the Northcliffe Community Homeowner's Association Board. Bud and his wife are long time residents of Northcliffe, while Angela, her husband and family are relatively new residents. Dee and George Donaldson have left the Board since they have moved out of our neighborhood. Thank you Dee and George for all your hard work on behalf of our community.
