The HOAs?’ Second Annual National Night Out was a success! Officer Kreutler of the Schertz Police Department spoke to us about how to protect yourself, your family and your home against crime. And family night at the Northcliffe Pool was a hit to adults and children alike.
Two of your Board members, Dorothy Boyle and Linda Cohen are still making their way around our community to sign people up for Neighborhood Watch. You may have noticed that signs have been put up by the City in the Community Section, as you can see, we are continuing to work on this important program but we can?’t do it without YOU. If you haven't already volunteered, please consider doing so today. We will be holding a second informational meeting this fall for all of those who have volunteered to be a block captain, so call either Dorothy or Linda for more information.
Your HOA is sponsoring a fall garage sale & arts and crafts sale in October. Hold on to your gently used household goods, toys, clothes or other nick- nacs and make some extra money. For information, please call LaVerne Bauman at 606-8724
Our next community meeting is Tuesday, October 12 at 7 PM at the Fire Station. We are still searching for a guest speaker, but the main order of business will be Board elections. All Board positions are open for election, so if you are interested in becoming involved in your community, please contact me.
