If there are dogs, cats or other animals running loose in your neighborhood and you wish to report this, please call (210) 658-5321 and an
Animal Control Officer will be dispatched to the area. If there is an animal bite, please call (210) 658-5321 immediately.

WHEN ARE PERMITS REQUIRED?
Any owner, authorized agent, or contractor who desires to construct,enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert, or change the occupancy of a
building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove,convert, or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing system must first make application to the Building Official and obtain all necessary

GARAGE SALE PERMITS
YES!! A permit shall be required, but not limited to, garage sales,yard sales, auctions, church or non-profit organizational bazaars and
rummage sales which are conducted for the sales of new or used merchandise at a location not currently zoned for such sales.
Individuals, neighborhoods, and other organizations are limited to four garage sales per calendar year. Individual permits are limited to TWO garage sale signs that are provided by the City. ALL OTHERS ARE STRICTLY
PROHIBITED. The fine for illegally posting signs can be up to $200. Please go to City Hall, complete an application, and pay your fee if
