It was a busy night at the recent Condo Board meeting. Despite the absence of President Kathy Koches due to illness, the Board forged ahead with a full agenda
Guests Roy Kamp and Jim Jensen expressed concerns over the failure of Quail to respond to the many problems reported to them. The Board selected four dates to suggest to Quail for the final walk around, all before the middle of February.

Treasurer Jim McDermott reported that we are in good financial condition, despite some arrearages in dues. The Board approved a Collection Resolution that sets a late payment fee that starts at $10.
Two landscaping bids were reviewed and the Board awarded a contract to Tru Green, the company that has been handling the work on a month-to-month basis since the previous landscaper was discharged.
Two insurance bids were reviewed and analyzed by Secretary Esther Schrader (a former insurance agent), and the Board awarded the contract to Community Association Underwriters of America, which is located in Bellevue. The deductible will be $2500 per occurrence.

Director Dr. WJ Williams reported to the Board that her home has been broken into and vandalized repeatedly.
