Northpointe HOA is located SouthWest of Brown and Higley in Mesa AZ.

We are a community of 507 homes built in 1984 by Cardon Homes. Northpointe HOA is a master association with gorgeous amenities that include, four pools, racquetball courts, and a playground. 

Sandra Day O'Connor Elementary School, a blue ribbon school is directly west of our community. We are also in the boundaries of Shepard Junior High and Red Mountain High school.
