Andover Phase III (November 2008)

November 2008 Update

Charlotte Storm Water Services is currently in the construction phase of the Andover Phase III Storm Drainage Improvement project. Phase III begins at the existing headwall near Danbury Street and goes in two directions, The main system crosses Andover Road, Chelmsford Road, Tyng Way and continues upstream to a point just beyond Cheltenham Road at the Cotswold Condominiums. The other drainage system extends along Coventry Road past Audubon Road, Exeter Road, and along Ferncliff Road.

Ferebee Corporation was awarded the construction contract in June and given notice-to-proceed on September 4th, 2007. The majority of the construction work along the main system is complete (And over Road, Chelmsford Road, Tyng Way, Cheltenham Road.

Ferebee Corporation is working along Coventry Road. The intersection of Coventry Road and Exeter Road is currently closed for construction and to stage equipment.
