Concerns of Residents

The board has received several complaints about the following issues:
?· Cars going through the neighborhood for months without a muffler. Especially late at night, this can wake residents and children. Please, fix your car before you are cited by Delaware County for a noise nuisance.
?· Cars parked across sidewalks. It is against the law to block a sidewalk with your car for an extended period of time. Please keep cars in your garage or on your driveway (if you drive them regularly: You may not use a driveway for extended storage of any type of vehicle).
?· Speeding through the neighborhood. The speed limit throughout the neighborhood is 25 MPH. Please write down the license of cars exceeding this limit and report them to the Sheriff. With so many young children in our subdivision, not reporting violators can result in injury, or worse, to someone you know.
