Calling all local artists!

Ever get tired of that utility box or public bench covered in unsightly graffiti? The Oak Park Council is in the beginning stages of implementing a utility box public art project. Other cities and communities have successfully deterred would be taggers from vandalizing public spaces by painting beautiful and eye-catching murals.
