"Sunken Gardens"

Seems an Elf was seen cleaning up the "Sunken Gardens" on the corner of Airline & Old 51. Don't know exactly who it was but he was a member of the old 51 Civic Association! Also the Parish was seen working on the lights there!  Thanks to all!
