The demolition of 1827 Park Avenue will begin soon after January 14th.
Construction debris will be hauled west on 19th Avenue and then north on Park Avenue West. The working hours are between 7am and 5pm for the demolition contractor.
Starting January 21st, the demolition of 1919 Ogden Street (the pavilions) will begin. During the demolition of the pavilions, the ally running from 19th to 20th, between Emerson and Ogden will need to be closed for short periods during working hours.
Starting January 25th Tammen Hall, the Health Center Building, and the Parking Garage will be separated from the rest of the hospital.

In early February, demolition of the buildings along 18th Avenue will begin.

Beginning at the end of January, a new sanitary sewer line will be installed from Park Avenue and 18th to Ogden and 20th Street. Ogden Street will be closed for approximately six weeks during this work. Currently no other street closures are scheduled.

24 hour security is in place, provided by the Denver Police Department and HSS, and will remain active until the end of the project.
