Board Members present: Helen French, Paul Brothe and Marty Jones

Paul Brothe, as Secretary/Treasurer, called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

The following business was discussed and voted on by the Board members:

1. Ratification of the Notice of a Special Meeting. Marty Jones moved and Helen French seconded a motion to ratify the notice of the special meeting, provided by hand delivered notice to the home of each board member. The motion was unanimously approved.

2. Consideration of Membership Application Form. Helen French moved and Marty Jones seconded a motion to approve the membership application form. The form was unanimously approved.

3. Consideration of request for a Special Meeting of the Membership for the Election of a New Board. Mary Jones moved and Helen French seconded a motion to call a special meeting of the Old San Rafael Neighborhood Organization members to be held at 8:45 p.m. on March 22, 2007 at Barney Ford Heights. The motion was unanimously approved.

4. Authorization for Paul Brothe to preside over the Special Meeting of the Membership. Marty Jones moved and Helen French seconded a motion to authorize Paul Brothe to preside over the Special Meeting. The motion was unanimously approved.

Additional Board members joined the meeting: Christine Watkins, Kipp Lockwood and Jim Wiseman.

5. Acceptance of Membership Applications. Kipp Lockwood moved and Helen French seconded a motion to accept the completed membership applications, having verified that the addresses were reflected either owners or residents within the neighborhood boundaries. The motion was unanimously approved.
6. Adjournment. No further business was proposed by the Board Members. Helen French moved and Kipp Lockwood seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
