Over the past months DHA completed the relocation of the Arrowhead and East Village Apartments - All of the units are not vacant.

Relocation for Thomas Bean Towers is underway.
Bean Towers Rehabilitation & modernization to begin late 2004

IMPORTANT: Bean Towers will NOT be demolished

Our approved plan for the demolition of Arrowhead/East Village will begin in mid-November 2003

Within our Demolition plan we have made provisions for:
Fencing & lighting of the site;
Save and well marked trouck routes;
Coordination with Dever Police & Denver Fire, Public Works, Xcel, and Denver Water;
Pre-demolition has begun with water and sewer disconnects and electric power transfer.
