Neighborhood Picnic - September 19th
Thanks to Dick and Carolyn Chambers who have again offered to sponsor our neighborhood picnic in the park. Guests are asked to bring a dish to pass and meat to grill. More details to come.

Olde Hunter's Crossing annual meeting will be held on October7th at 7pm at the Park Township Offices located at 52 152 St.

Architertural Changes
If you are planning on making any changes to your property (including basketball nets, play equipment, etc.), they must be approved by the Architectural and Environmental Review Committee. Please submit requests to Mike Moraw at 994-0321 or Bob Peters at 786-3431.

Snow Removal
We have established a relationship with Dale Schrotenbore for snow plowing. With Dale's pricing most driveways in the neighborhood will cost aproximayely $10.00. If you wish snowplowing you may reach Dale at 399-6148 for a specific quote for your driveway. Call Dale anytime in order to get on his schedule for the winter.

Help Needed
We are forming a Welcoming Committee for the Association and we need volenteers. please call Jeanne Kellner at 786-4512.

Sunset Waste Mgt.
Welcome new neighbors. We have contracted Sunset Waste to be the neighborhood waste removal service. There is an excellent neighborhood rate for OHC residents. Removal day is Wednesday with recycling (plastic, papers, bottles) being picked up every second Wednesday. Sunset Waste services can be reached at 800-882-9565.
