Process for Issue Resolution

OHC Issue Resolution Stage One:

Speak to neighbor directly about concern.
Resolution ---> Issue Complete ---> YES.

IF NO ---> Write letter to Association President explaining perceived violation and concerns.

Stage Two:

Association President writes letter to neighbor and facilitates resolution between neighbors as necessary ---> Issue is hopefully resolved.
IF NOT ---> Association President initiates Arbitration for resolution

Stage Three

If no solution can be reached then the Association President has no other resource than to initiates Arbitration for resolution.
