This page is under construction. Does anyone have any history (such as when the first house was built) about Oldham Forbes Esates? Please help!
The first Oldham Forbes Estates Homeowners Association (OFEHA) meeting was held on 1 November 2005. At that time a transition began for control of shared property and responsibilities from the developers of Oldham Forbes Estates to OFEHA. Topics discussed were association by-laws, interim directors, transfer of common properties to the OFEHA, costs of maintaining common areas and fees assessments. Annual assessment fees were set at $100 per year.
Annual assessment fees were increased to $125 in 2008 to allow for the new landscaping at the entry gates. The current Board of Directors was voted into office on April 17, 2008.
NOTE: All Board of Directors positions are volunteer.
