So I rented a apartemnt At Iowa Western CC. alll I recieved was a broken down room , a garbage dump to walk in out side of the apartment, No one cleans this place.they have had a few rats here. not many.

Unheated air conditopned cold rooms 24/7 during winter(No Heat) to where pipes burst.and they students have to pay for the damage's. tempretures range beloe 65 Degrees F at times

The college takes your rent, deposit and makes you pay extra.
