WIN (Wichita Independent Neighborhoods) Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and alternate between general membership meetings (which are held at the United Way of the Plains Bldg. on north Water Street) and Board meetings (which are held at the Midtown Community Resource Center in the Conference Room). In Memoriam ?…- Bill Fox

Condolences to the family and friends of the former WIN Executive Board Member At Large, Bill Fox, who recently passed away. Bill worked as a volunteer and board member for WIN a number of years.
