Meeting will be called to order at 9:00 am

Pledge of Allegiance

Chairman Trustee Gary P. Weltlich will welcome guests and Public Officials

This is a Public Forum with dialogue between elected Public Officials from the City of Pickerington and Violet Township.

The Public is invited to attend and listen to the discussion during the forum, but no public input will be sought at this meeting.

Chairman Weltlich will open the meeting and explain to the public that this meeting is to discuss options and find areas of agreement that could happen between Violet Township and the City of Pickerington at a later date. Depending on the outcome of these discussions there may be public meetings with public inputs and comments downstream.

We encourage public comment on this forum in writing to the appropriate governing body.
