City Building Moratorium moves out of Service Committee

Citizens Pack Meeting, Demand Housing Slow Down

The one year home building moratorium proposed by councilman, David Shaver has moved out of Service Commitee for full Council consideration.

One wonders if they will debate this issue as much in the City Council meeting as they debated all of the pre-annexation agreements and giveaways to developers and homebuilders of the past few years? Silence is Golden on those agreements, and commitee action is "not required" due to "councilmatic" waiver of such scrutiny.
