Pickerington appeals decision - keeps fighting to annex

Pickerington continues to push for annexation (362) acres North

Pickerington files legal action to appeal the Fairfield County Commissioners denial of the City’s earlier request to annex 362 acres of land to the north of the current city limits. These lands neighbor Chevington Village, Melrose, Countrywood, Huntington Hills, and NEVTCA and of course he new High School / Junior High School site.

Could Pickerington officials have lost their sense of direction, as this is miles away from their often-proclaimed interest in a Route 33 Industrial Park?
