Illustrated in the shades portions of this map is the recently adopted 2001 “Land Use Plan” for the City of Pickerington. The Business Park concept is gone from this plan. Remaining land all along the vital RT. 256 (and also the Refugee Road corridor) is now keyed as mixed use (Commercial, Residential)
At the extreme southwestern boundary of our school district is the area where RT. 33 and Allen Road are located. Here again we see that a good deal of this potential “opportunity” is located outside of the PLSD. The Allen Road interchange is years away from any potential reality.
