Kohler – Painter Farms head for the developers “dreams”……
Illustrated with this posting is the Proposed (not yet finalized) plat plan from Homewood Corp. for the residential development of approximately 148 acres of land between Diley Road & Schoolhouse Road. Just in case you were counting this is another 380 homes. There is no school site and (at this time) a very emphatic NO toward school or community donations from this developer’s agent(s).
The “Public Hearing” on this proposal is scheduled for September 4, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at Pickerington City Hall.
