AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE 2000-137 AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Ordinance 2000-137 was passed by Council on December 5, 2000; and,
WHEREAS, Council now wishes to repeal such ordinance in its entirety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PICKERINGTON, FAIRFIELD-FRANKLIN COUNTIES, OHIO, THREE-FOURTH’S (3/4’S) OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance 2000-137 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. For the reasons noted in the preamble, this ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety, or welfare of the citizens of Pickerington, Ohio. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by Council and approval by the Mayor.
