Subject: TRANSFER GUARANTEE PROGRAMS FOR PCC STUDENTS

Pasadena City College students planning to transfer to CSU or UC are strongly advised to participate in the transfer guarantee program.

Guaranteed admission programs are referred to as Transfer Admission Agreement (TAA) or Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) and are a commitment selected universities make to PCC students who meet basic transfer requirements. Students who
complete an agreed upon sequence of classes in general education and a selected major with a stated GPA can apply to a university within a prescribed time-frame and be guaranteed admission.

TAG Filing Periods:

UC Davis
Fall 2005: Accepted Sept. 7 - Sept. 30, 2004 (Application deadline may be closed earlier if capacity is reached.)

UC Riverside
Fall 2005: Application deadline uncertain - Apply now.

UC San Diego
Fall 2005: Application deadline uncertain - Apply now.

UC Santa Barbara
Fall 2005: Students are automatically screened for TAA when applying online.

Woodbury
Fall 2005: Deadline uncertain - Apply now.

CSULA
Spring and Fall 2005: Deadline uncertain - Apply now.

CSUN
