Street Scenes
(From Community Meeting - June 7)

Intersection at I-285 and Atlanta Road:
This is in the planning stage and purchase of the right of way (The Pilot) will start early 2008. Construction is to start 2010.

Atlanta Road and Cumberland Parkway:
Work is slowed due to delayed installation and
relocation of the utilities (AT&T, Cable TV and North Cherokee Electric). It should be completed by end of this month. Intersection is scheduled
for completion by year end. Intersection will include a triple left turn from Atlanta Road to the Cumberland Parkway (which becomes E/W
Connector).

Maner & Weaver Street:
Work includes widening the street, adding sidewalks, curbs and gutters. To be completed by September.

Bridge at the Chattahoochee River and
Atlanta Road:
After delays caused by the City of Atlanta, this has finally been approved. The contract will be put out for bids with construction following.
