2) Speed bumps - YES. We NEED speed bumps. While I drive the speed limit, I do deal with mild road rage when I have someone follow me. Also, I watch a group of boys ride a motor scooter from time to time. These boys go zipping up and down Westwinds. And while going around the curve by the club house, they are in the middle of the road. Now, I have seen several near misses between them and a speeder, whom also drives in the middle of the road around that same curve. When are we going to do something about this? Are we going to wait until someone or worse a child is killed? I feel that this needs to be done and soon.
