Revised Covenants?
To Be or Not to Be - That is the Question
All Pales Verdes home owners are urged to come to this meeting. We want to hear from you. We would like you to respond to: (1) What are your concerns about Palos Verdes? (2) What solutions do you recommend?
A trained Facilitator and two Recorders will be there to run this meeting This should be a very helpful and informative meeting. THE PVCA BOARD IS SEEKING GUIDANCE FROM YOU - SO PLEASE COME!
Covenants Update
In case you missed it-in last months Optimist the draft of uniform covenants submitted to Palos Verdes Homeowners in December was unanimously rejected by the PVCA Board. So we are back to square-one as far as unified covenants are concerned. That's wily we want to hear from) you March 24th.
Lest we forget-all but one filing of Pal os Verdes is currently subject to covenants under one of six different sets of covenants which were in existence when our homes we built.
