Deed Restriction Updates And Gentle Reminders

Remember that Article XIII of the Use Restrictions outlines that only operational vehicles can be stored in the driveway or in front of the home. If you need to store a vehicle at your home, you can, as long as it is stored in the garage.

When parking your vehicle, please be courteous to your neighbors. Do not block access to the sidewalk or your neighbor?’s driveway. Do not park in front of or along side of your neighbor?’s property.

Keep your lawn mowed and edged regularly. An unkempt lawn and weeds detract from our property values and the overall appearance of the neighborhood. This helps keep the entire community looking its' very best and insures we all adhere to the neighborhood restrictions.

Keep all pets on a leash when they are not in the backyard. Also remember to pick up after them when you walk them around the neighborhood. None of us like to step in those "surprises".

Christmas lights and decorations must be removed in a timely manner after the holidays.

Please do not operate recreational go-carts on the community streets for the safety of all residents and children. In addition, all motorized vehicles are expected to observe the community speed limit and traffic signs.
