Board Resolution Regarding Deed Violations

Please be advised that the Board of Directors for the park at Greater Woodlake Homeowners Association has adopted the following resolution effective December 1st, 2003.

All owners failing to comply with deed violations will be assessed a fee of $25.00 per day for all deed restriction violations not brought into compliance per the following schedule:

1. 1st notice of deed restriction violation will be sent to the homeowner.

2. 2nd notice will be sent 10 days following the 1st notice.

3. 3rd and final notice will be sent 10 days following the 2nd notice, and any violation not remedied within 10 days from the date of the 3rd and final notice will result in the assessment of a $25.00 per day fine to the homeowners account for each day the violation remains.
