I. Welcome, call to order and introductions

II. Reading and approval of Minutes.

III. Non Agenda Items- for consideration under new business.

IV. Speaker: Rescheduled from January -City Manager, Larry Patterson speaking on Oregon City's General Fund Crisis.

VI. 1. New Officers-Nominations accepted for officers up to and including nominations fromthe floor at our next general meeting. Vote will occur at next PPNA General meeting May 16, 2005 (See article, "PLEASE CONDITION A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN PPNA)

2. Current Land Use Applications in Park Place.
3. For discussion: Project suggestions for a Metro Enhancement Grant.
4. Nomincation & Vote on a new Steering Committee member; April Waterman.
5. Vote on PPNA support of Holcomb Boulevard Pedestrian Enhancement Concept Plan.

(Remainder of 2005 Steering Committee meeting dates to be scheduled at General Membership Meetings) All Steering Committee Meetings are held at South Fork Water Facility, 15962 Hunter Road, 7:00 PM. Please call Chair for confirmation of dates and times before arriving.

General Membership Meetings are on the third Monday of the months of September & November, January, March, May. Meetings convene at 7:00 PM, at the Oregon City View Manor Community Building (unless otherwise announced in the newsletter)
