Political Signs Prohibited

Covenants Limit Signs

With the election season approaching, we have been asked to remind all of the residents about the prohibition on political signs. Article 9 of the Park Timbers Restrictive Covenants specifically address signs which may be displayed on any lot. Article 9 provides as follows:

"No sign of any kind shall be displayed to
the public view on any lot, except one sign
of not more than fifteen (15) square feet,
advertising the property for sale or rent,
or signs used by builders to advertise their
properties for sale during the construction
and sales period."

Please heed the restrictions set forth in our covenants.
