SMART Initiative
Strategic Mnaagement for Accelerated Response Times
The San Antonio Police Department has implemented the SMART initiative (Strategic Management for Accelerated Response Times) which will allow police officers more time for patrols and to be available to respond to more serious calls.
It is now possible for citizens to report various crimes using an online form. Upon submitting the form with the detailed information, a confirmation email with an assigned case number will be emailed to you within 72 hours.
