Meeting Started at 6:30 pm

Agenda:

1. Elect additional Board Members. Kim Ries nominated as interim Secretary.
2. Kim Ries and Kelly Peppard will act as Parkborough Representatives at future CENCON Meetings.
3. Proof and approve 2005 HOA Dues Invoice
4. Proof and approve 2005 Annual Meeting Notice
5. Discuss last Parkborough sign to be added at Netherland entrance. Ann Monson will research contractor that did signs at Dorado entrance and bring info to next meeting.
6. Discuss street lighting. Warren Ediger will contact IREA for details on this item.
7. Discuss landscaping / planters on Picadilly and Dorado. David Peppard will research this item.
8. Discuss Treasurer’s Report. Ann Monson will do a current reconciliation and bring balance sheets to next meeting.
9. Set next meeting to follow-up on above agenda items, budget items and Annual Meeting Notice mailing delivery date.
10. Next meeting scheduled for December 6, 2005 at 6:30pm at David and Kelly’s house.
