It?’s Spring time again and time for our seasonal newsletter. The homeowners association has been busy working on getting our neighborhood looking good. New bark has been spread along 122nd St SW and around the playground areas. Camille Howell has done a lot of this work and is going to continue doing the regular maintenance of the common areas throughout the rest of the year.

Remember that this is everyone?’s neighborhood and we all need to pitch in to keep it looking great. We all want to see our home values continue to rise and that is going to be achieved by keeping our homes maintained. Through that note, the board wanted to remind everyone of the following covenants.
