DRAG RACING ON NE 34th STREET

Drag Racers Arrested

A neighbor wrote in to the Parkway East board to report a case of drag racing late at night some weeks ago. The young drivers were reportedly travelling in excess of 95MPH. The Vancouver Police were called, and the 2 drivers were arrested. This topic regarding speeding on 34th ST. has come up before at previous meetings. This issue will soon be addressed by our board with the City of Vancouver, and I'll report any results to this site. Thanks for your concern.
