Renters
Each year some families are faced with offers for a company promotion, contingent on a two- or three-year relocation to a different city. Then some family questions arise: "What shall we do with our house?", "Do we have to sell? or "Can we rent it?"

Many families decide to sell, while others decide to rent out their home. If you decide to rent out your home please inform the Association. Remember "Renters" are just as responsible in following the laws",(In my opinion more) as if they were the homeowners themselves. Lets them know what the rules are ASAP and please notify the police or renting homeowner about any illegal or damaging activity.

This could become a very big problem in Pasa Tiempo and Cambria Cove are the neighborhood gets older. In the past few months I have had to deal with families and college students renting in our community that have violated homeowners privacy and city laws. So please if you decide to rent your home insure your tenant is educated and knows about renters responsibilities. I put this article on this website because there are tenants in this sub-division who have no pride in this neighborhood. I intend to make them have pride in it.


Have pride in your neighborhood if it does not look right it most likely is not call the cops.
