This active, influential committee meets twice a month to oversee, discuss and act upon development issues affecting the look, feel and functionality of the Pearl District.

This committee meets monthly to define issues that directly impact the livability of the the neighborhood.
For instance, we oversee the Good Neighbor Agreement program; graffiti abatement; garbage containers; pet cleanup; First Thursday Street Artist Collective, street trees, and other issues affecting the neighborhood's livability.
We strongly encourage our neighbors to attend meetings and join our friendly group. There are a lot of issues affecting livability in the Pearl and we always welcome new, motivated members!
