ADMINISTRATIVE:
Still working with John Anderson to find a replacement vendor for the Tract 6/3 work. Sent request packet to Bank of America for loan on Tract 6/3 as attorney suggested that the Banco Popular document is unacceptable to her at this time.
INSPECTIONS:
Copies of property notebooks showing outstanding violation submitted to Board in packets.
ARB?’s:
Received three new applications that I forwarded to Bernie Rebarchak..
AR Report copies are in your packets.
ISSUES:
Tract 6/3 work/loan.
Clean up of bamboo at front pond will be on an hourly basis. Can be scheduled now that the alligator in that pond has been captured.
Cleanup of large pond behind Somersworth/Jaffery/Ripton will be done on an hourly basis and will need homeowner approval to cross property with a trailer for hauling. Also need a Board member to walk the area and identify breadth of cleanup.
MAINTENANCE:
Pool leak from gutters was repaired by American Leak Detectors, no bill received as yet.
